Terms of Service

By accessing chiashark.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site.

Chia Shark™ sells whole-food fiber bars via subscription through chiashark.com. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate selected at sign-up.

Founding Member pricing is locked at the rate displayed at sign-up and remains in effect for as long as your subscription stays active. Cancellation and re-enrollment will result in current (non-founding) pricing at the time of re-enrollment.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@chiashark.com within 7 days of receipt. We will reship at no charge.
• We do not accept returns on consumable food products.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers are not affected unless they cancel and re-subscribe.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All content on chiashark.com — including the Chia Shark™ name, logo, copy, imagery, and design — is the property of Chia Shark LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chia Shark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll note the updated date at the top. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
